Reformer Pilates can feel a little daunting at first, but that’s exactly why we created this course. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates, getting back into movement, or just want to refine your technique, we’ll guide you through the essentials step by step.
You’ll have the luxury of two instructors at every session to ensure you feel supported, safe, and have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like!

Our flagship studio is big enough to give you room to move and not accidentally tickle someone else's toes mid-workout (though, well-timed occasional tickles are also terrific). And small enough that we’ll know your name – and maybe even your star sign, too.
